Welcome to Lo Spazio Jewelry. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency.

1. Authenticity Guarantee

Lo Spazio Jewelry guarantees that all jewelry purchased directly from us is authentic and genuine. Our pieces are crafted from 18K white gold, 18K yellow gold, or platinum, unless otherwise noted.

All weights, sizes, and other specifications listed on our website are approximate unless otherwise specified.

2. Warranty Coverage

All jewelry purchased directly from Lo Spazio Jewelry (and not from our stockist, ITALIST.COM) is covered by a 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to our inspection and verification.

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, the item will be exchanged for a new one within 90 days of purchase.

Warranty coverage is voided if the jewelry has been repaired, altered, or modified by a third party.

Examples of Manufacturing Defects (Covered by Warranty):

  • Broken lobster clasp

  • Chain with an open link

Not Covered by Warranty (Non-Manufacturing Defects):

  • Damage due to pulling, ripping, or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental or intentional damage

3. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lo Spazio Jewelry disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages arising from breach of written or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

4. Purchases from Stockists

Jewelry purchased from third-party stockists, including ITALIST.COM, is not covered by Lo Spazio Jewelry’s direct warranty. Please consult the stockist’s terms and conditions for coverage.

5. Amendments

Lo Spazio Jewelry reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
